— THE FULL ARCHITECTURE

How Anil Cyborg actually works.

Not a chatbot. Not an agent framework. A digital employee built from three layers, running on its own dedicated machine, onboarded like a human, and accountable to a daily report.

— WHAT'S INSIDE EVERY CYBORG

Three layers. Stacked.

Every Cyborg is built from the same three layers. The bottom two are shared. The top is what makes it a Designer or an Engineer or a CFO.

  1. /03 ROLE ADD-ON

    The role skill pack.

Senior-level playbooks, tool skills, and review rubrics for one specific role. This is what makes a Cyborg a Software Engineer vs. a Designer vs. a CFO. Updated weekly.

    • Role memory — your codebase, brand voice, decisions, glossary
    • Skill modules — code review, copywriting, financial models, etc.
    • Review rubrics — what "good" looks like for this role
    • Daily report template — what shows up in your inbox at EOD
  2. /02 BASE RUNTIME

    The Cyborg runtime.

The shared engine every Cyborg runs on: long-term memory, workflow engine, tool connectors, guardrails, audit log, and the review-gate system that keeps risky actions paused until you approve.

    • Memory — long-term, scoped per project, never cross-customer
    • Workflow engine — multi-step, multi-tool, deterministic state
    • Guardrails — refusal patterns, scope locks, voice lock
    • Per-action audit — every read, write, decision is logged
  3. /01 IDENTITY

    One identity. One employee.

A persistent, named digital employee with their own email, Teams handle, GitHub user, calendar, and chair (metaphorically). Not a session. Not a fresh chat. The same teammate every morning.

    • Named identity — addressable in chat, mentioned in PRs, on the org chart
    • Persistent context — remembers what you said three weeks ago
    • Their own credentials — scoped, OAuth, never plaintext
    • One contract — one monthly salary, one accountable employee
[ 03 / 09 · ISOLATION ]

— DEDICATED INFRASTRUCTURE

One Cyborg. One machine.

No multi-tenant servers. No "shared brain". Every Cyborg gets its own dedicated Windows machine in our cloud, isolated from every other customer.

  • 01
    Dedicated Windows VM

A real OS instance per Cyborg. Not a container slice. Not a thread. Yours alone for the duration of the contract.

  • 02
    Encrypted storage

Disk-level encryption (AES-256). Memory snapshots encrypted with customer-scoped keys. Never co-mingled with other tenants.

  • 03
    Customer-side credentials

OAuth into your tools. We never store plaintext tokens. Revoke from your admin panel, the Cyborg loses access in seconds.

  • 04
    Audit log per action

Every read, write, click, and decision is timestamped and exportable. Pass an SOC 2 audit on day one.

— HOW A NEW CYBORG STARTS

Onboarded like a human.

No magic. No "AI takes over your business overnight." A real onboarding plan that mirrors how you'd onboard a senior hire.

  1. DAY 0

    Contract & access

You sign the role contract. We provision the Cyborg's identity, email, and dedicated machine. OAuth invites go out for your tools.

  2. DAY 1–2

    Context dump

You paste / link the docs that a new human hire would read: brand guide, codebase tour, glossary, recent decisions. Cyborg ingests + indexes.

  3. DAY 3–5

    Shadow week

Cyborg observes Slack, Teams, GitHub, Notion. Asks clarifying questions in DMs. Drafts trial outputs. You review and correct in plain English.

  4. DAY 7

    First daily report

End of day 7, the Cyborg sends its first real daily report: what they did, what blocked them, what's next. From here it's just an employee.

  5. DAY 30

    Performance review

Standard 30-day review. You score the Cyborg against the role rubric. We tune the role pack based on your feedback. No charge.

  6. DAY 90

    Fully ramped

By day 90 the Cyborg knows your stack, your voice, your decisions, and your edge cases. It's now a senior teammate, not a new hire.

[ 05 / 09 · DAILY LOOP ]

— WHAT EVERY DAY LOOKS LIKE

A loop that never sleeps.

Five steps, repeated every working day. The Cyborg drives, you stay in the loop without micromanaging.

  1. 01

    Wake

Pulls the queue: assigned tickets, mentions, scheduled tasks, calendar.

  2. 02

    Plan

Drafts a plan in plain English. Posts to your shared channel before touching anything.

  3. 03

    Execute

Runs the workflow. Anything risky pauses on a review gate until you click approve.

  4. 04

    Report

End of day: a structured report — done, blocked, decisions taken, links to artifacts.

  5. 05

    Learn

Your corrections get folded into long-term memory. Tomorrow it knows what it didn't yesterday.

— FROM ONE TO ONE HUNDRED

Hire one. Then hire a hundred.

Same identity model. Same machine isolation. Same review gates. The architecture doesn't bend when you grow.

  • 1 SOLO FOUNDER

    One Cyborg, full-stack.

Hire a Software Engineer Cyborg. They handle code, infra, deploys, and on-call. Replace your "should I hire a co-founder?" question with a contract.

  • 10 EARLY TEAM

    One per function.

Engineer + Designer + PM + Marketer + Support + Finance + Ops + Sales + QA + Data. A full org chart, ten contracts, one calm Monday morning.

  • 100 ENTERPRISE

    Pods, departments, regions.

Group Cyborgs into pods. Pods into departments. Departments into regions. Each pod has a human lead. Each Cyborg is still an isolated employee.

[ 08 / 09 · ANTI-POSITIONING ]

— BEING CLEAR ABOUT THE BOUNDARIES

What Anil Cyborg isn't.

Half the trust comes from being honest about what we deliberately won't do.

  • /01 NOT A CHATBOT

    Not a chatbot wrapper.

We don't sell you a chat box pointing at someone else's model. We sell a named employee with memory, identity, a daily report, and a contract.

  • /02 NOT AN AGENT FX

    Not a build-your-own-agent platform.

You don't write prompts. You don't drag tool nodes. The Cyborg arrives with the role already shipped. Your job is to be the manager, not the engineer.

  • /03 NOT A REPLACEMENT

Not built to replace your humans.

We're built to absorb the repetitive 60% so your humans focus on the 40% that needs taste, judgement, and relationships. Read the mission.

  • /04 NOT THE OWNER

    Not the system of record.

Your code lives in your GitHub. Your designs live in your Figma. Your customers live in your CRM. We're a tenant in your accounts, never the landlord.

[ 09 / 09 · FAQ ]

— THE QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK FIRST

The honest FAQ.

Eight questions we hear in almost every sales call.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Copilot?

ChatGPT is a chat surface. Copilot is an in-editor assistant. A'nil Cyborg is a named employee with persistent memory, scoped credentials, a daily report, and a contract. You manage it like a hire, not a tool.

Whose model does it run on?

The runtime is model-agnostic. We route to the best available frontier model for each task, with a fallback chain. You can also pin a specific provider for compliance reasons.

Who owns the IP the Cyborg produces?

You. The contract is work-for-hire. Anything the Cyborg writes, designs, or ships under your account is yours, unencumbered.

What happens if the Cyborg makes a mistake?

Risky actions pause on a review gate. Non-risky mistakes are caught in the daily report. You can roll back any change via the audit log. Performance issues trigger a free re-tune in the 30-day review.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Monthly contract, cancel any time before the next cycle. We export your memory + audit log on the way out.

What if my data is regulated?

Dedicated VM, encryption at rest + in transit, scoped OAuth, exportable audit log. We're SOC 2 Type II in progress, ISO 27001 next, GDPR + DPDP day-one. See compliance →

Does the Cyborg work in my language?

Yes. English, Hindi, Hinglish, Arabic, Spanish, French, German, Mandarin. The brand voice lock keeps tone consistent across languages.

How do I hire one?

Pick a role, sign the contract, and the Cyborg is provisioned within 24 hours. Talk to the founder →
