ALIENS · THE PARENT COMPANY

— PLATFORM COMPANY · FOUNDED 2026 · OPERATING FROM INDIA

Aliens builds platforms
that endure 10 years — minimum.

AnilCyborg is one Aliens product. It’s the first one we sell publicly — the digital-employee layer of a much larger Cyborg platform that A’nil has been building from first principles. This page explains what Aliens is, why it exists, and what else is in the queue. Yeh sales pitch nahi hai — yeh founder’s thinking ka context hai.

— 02 / WHY ALIENS

— FOUR REASONS THE COMPANY EXISTS

Started from four observations.

Aliens isn’t a generic AI startup. It was started in response to four specific things A’nil saw repeatedly — in customer engagements, in his own companies, and in the Indian SMB market.

01

Repetitive work eats real founders.

Founders spend 60–80% of their time on bookkeeping, support tickets, status updates, vendor follow-ups. The actual founder-work — product, customer, vision — gets the leftover.

02

Hiring at SMB scale is broken.

You can’t hire one accountant, one designer, one marketer, one engineer when you have 3 customers. Yet you need all four. Cyborgs solve the “need-the-skill, can’t-afford-the-headcount” gap.

03

AI tools sold by ChatGPT-clones are not employees.

A chat window is not a colleague. A chat window doesn’t hold tribal knowledge, doesn’t own outputs, doesn’t report on a cadence. Aliens treats Cyborgs as actual staff — with contracts, salaries, reports, memory.

04

India needs platform companies built here.

Built in India for the world — not the other way. Pricing in INR by default. Hinglish-comfortable. GST-aware. Compliance built around DPDP. Not a localised foreign product.

— 03 / ARCHITECTURE

— HOW ALIENS IS STRUCTURED, INTERNALLY

Three layers. One company.

Aliens is organised as a stack — like an OS. Lower layers are infrastructure; upper layers are products customers see. AnilCyborg is the topmost layer, the one we sell publicly.

L03top · commercial

The products — what customers buy.

AnilCyborg.com (this site) is the first one. Each product packages the lower layers as a hireable digital employee with a salary, a role, and a contract. More products planned for vertical specialisations.

live in production
L02middle · platform

The Cyborg platform — 19 role agents + ACC governance layer.

Software Engineer, Designer, Project Manager, Accountant… 19 role-shaped agents with shared safety rules, memory discipline, audit trails. Plus the ACC (Aliens Cyborg Codes) governance layer that keeps every Cyborg consistent.

internal only
L01foundation · runtime

WebOS · WebSDK · WebApps — the runtime substrate.

The proprietary base on which everything else is built. WebOS engines (cache, queue, search, etc.), WebSDK modules, and WebApps that customers don’t see directly. Built ultra-modular so a single change can’t break the platform.

One commercial product live. More queued.

We don’t announce products before they’re close to ready. These are the ones publicly committed to.

— 05 / WEDGE STRATEGY

— WHY BFSI FIRST, BEFORE GOING HORIZONTAL

We don’t go after everyone on day one.

Banks, NBFCs, insurance, asset managers, payments — collectively BFSI — have three things that make them the right wedge for Cyborgs:

One, the highest density of repetitive paperwork in any industry — reconciliations, KYC reviews, policy renewals, daily reports. That’s where Cyborgs are most valuable and most provable.

Two, the highest cost of an error — which forces our quality bar higher than a generic SaaS would ever push us. If a Cyborg works in a bank, it works anywhere.

Three, mature procurement processes. They know how to buy. They sign DPAs. They write SLAs. They demand audit trails. Easier to sell to than a 5-person startup that hasn’t bought enterprise software before.

Once Cyborgs are battle-tested in BFSI, they expand horizontally — SaaS, e-commerce, manufacturing, agriculture. Wedge first, then the world.

Industry expansion plan

  • BFSI — banks, NBFCs, insurance, AMCs, payments. Active wedge.
  • SaaS · tech — engineering + support roles. Next 12 months.
  • E-commerce · D2C — ops + customer support. After SaaS proof.
  • Manufacturing · trading — operations heavy. India SMB focus.
  • Agri · rural — longer arc; needs vernacular Cyborgs first.
  • Government · PSU — only after the regulatory wedge is closed.
