  • Tasks.ReadWrite · read/write tasks; scoped per plan via group membership.
  • Group.Read.All (limited) · needed to enumerate plans in M365 groups you authorise.
  • User.Read · read own profile (the Cyborg account’s).

Plan-level access is enforced by the Cyborg dashboard — you tick which plans the Cyborg can access. Plans not in that list are invisible to the Cyborg.

  • Step 01 · Connect Microsoft 365 in dashboard (covers Teams + Planner + Outlook).
  • Step 02 · Pick the M365 groups whose plans the Cyborg can access.
  • Step 03 · Pick which buckets within those plans the Cyborg should default to for new tasks.
  • Step 04 · Cyborg starts reading the plan within 30 seconds.

05FAQ.

Does the Cyborg create new plans?+

By default no — only existing plans you authorise. New-plan creation can be granted explicitly per workspace.

What about Microsoft Project?+

Project for the Web is on the roadmap (v0.3.x) using the same Graph endpoints. Project Online (legacy) requires a separate connector.

Can the Cyborg see private plans?+

Only plans in M365 groups you explicitly add the Cyborg as a member of. Private plans the Cyborg isn’t a member of are invisible.
