The Cyborg reads tasks, updates status, assigns to humans or itself, comments on cards, and posts daily plan summaries. Plan-level grants — not whole-tenant.
As an assignee or commenter on tasks. Daily summaries arrive in the Planner-linked channel via the Teams integration.

Marks tasks Started / In Progress / Completed. Comments with progress notes. Attaches deliverables.
End-of-day report: tasks completed, in flight, blocked, tomorrow’s plan. Posted to linked Teams channel.

By default no — only existing plans you authorise. New-plan creation can be granted explicitly per workspace.
Project for the Web is on the roadmap (v0.3.x) using the same Graph endpoints. Project Online (legacy) requires a separate connector.
Only plans in M365 groups you explicitly add the Cyborg as a member of. Private plans the Cyborg isn’t a member of are invisible.
